How much does it cost?

One fixed price for the whole clean, set by bedrooms, bathrooms and whether the place is empty or furnished. Sent the same day you ask.

Will this get my bond back?

No cleaner can honestly promise your bond; it also covers damage and unpaid rent. What we do promise: if your agent flags a cleaning item at the final inspection, we come back and fix it free within 72 hours, and you have a dated photo record of every room.

Does the property need to be empty?

Empty is easiest and cheapest. Furnished and partly furnished are fine; tell us in the form and the price is set accordingly.

Do you clean the oven and windows?

Yes. Oven, rangehood and stovetop always; windows inside with sills, tracks and blinds. Ground-floor glass outside can be added.

Can you do the carpets too?

Yes. Tick carpet cleaning in the form; it is priced per room and done last on the same day.

Do I need to be there?

No. Leave a key, arrange access through the agent, or use a lockbox. We lock up and send the photos.

Which areas do you cover?

The Sutherland Shire, the Eastern Suburbs, Manly, Wollongong and the Illawarra, Kiama and Gerringong, and Jervis Bay.
